I think all dogs need at least one collar, I have three myself……My mum spoils me, but a girl needs options in the morning. What if I bump into one of the girls in the park? What would they say if I’m wearing the same collar as the last time they saw me?! Oh my god, I don’t even want to think about it…!

Measuring a dog for a collar

The measurement is taken around the base of your dogs’ neck. The general rule for a dog collar is that you should be able to fit two fingers between it and your pets’ neck. The collar must not be too tight so as to choke but it must not be too slack and slip over their heads easily

If your dog already has a dog collar which fits well it is sometimes easier to measure from the hole they are currently using to the buckle. This will give you a very good idea of what size you are looking for.
