Pretty Paws Accessories Terms & Conditions

Delivery

We aim to despatch items which are in stock within 3 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days during busy times such as Christmas. For our pet carriers and some beds please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. When you place your order we will confirm via email the estimated delivery time if this will be longer than stated

We aim to have stock available at all times. However, if an item you have ordered is out of stock we will inform you by email and confirm an estimated delivery time. We have the right to cancel your order at any time for any reason

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail depending on the size and value of the goods.

Christmas

Last order date for dispatch before Royal Mail cut off dates is the 17th December. Although we can guarentee the dispatch of your order before this date the delivery before Christmas day is out of our control.

Delivery Charges

For all UK mainland orders delivery is free for Royal Mail second class.
Overseas orders charged at £4 - £6

Returns Policy

Pretty Paws Accessories wants to ensure you are happy with your order.

If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to Pretty Paws Accessories within 7 days of the delivery of the order.

If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, Pretty Paws Accessories will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packaging in tact. Pretty Paws Accessories reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a re-saleable condition.

If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) but will ask for additional postage, which will be charged at cost. With this in mind we ask that you please measure your pet correctly before placing an order. Should you need any assistance with selecting the right size please e-mail us and we will help you.

It is recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery as we can not be held responsible if an item does not reach us.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they are yet to be processed (usually within 24 hours.)

Pretty Paws Accessories knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security as it relates to your personal information.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service and so from time to time we might contact you with news, information or reviews of our products and services.

All prices are in £ sterling we accept payment by most major credit / debit cards and cheques. Please make cheques payable to Pretty Paws Accessories. Please allow 7 working days for cheques to clear. All our contact details can be found on our ‘Contact Us’ page.
